This guide reflects my personal experience and opinions as a recent college graduate. It’s designed for general informational and educational use and light inspiration. I’m not acting as your academic advisor, financial planner, attorney, medical professional, or therapist.

• What this is: peer education, practical checklists, scripts, and stories from campus life.

• What this is not: individualized advice or a substitute for professional support.

 

2) No Professional Advice (Plain English)

• Academic: For degree planning, accommodations, or official petitions, please consult your advisor, department, or student success center.

• Financial: Budgets, scholarships, and work tips here are general. For aid eligibility, taxes, or loans, talk to your financial aid office or a licensed professional.

• Legal: Roommate agreements, conduct issues, or academic integrity cases need real legal guidance if they escalate. This guide doesn’t provide legal advice.

• Health & Mental Health: Study stamina, sleep, stress skills, and “check-in” scripts are skills training, not healthcare. For diagnosis, treatment, or therapy, consult a licensed clinician.

 

3) Safety & Crisis

If you are at risk of harm or feel unsafe:

• U.S.: Call or text 988 (24/7) or 911 for emergencies.

• Campus: Contact campus public safety, counseling services, or your residence life team.

• Outside the U.S.: Use your local emergency number or national helpline.

This project and any related community spaces cannot provide emergency support and may lock or remove posts that indicate immediate risk, while sharing crisis resources.

 

4) Educational Use & “Results Vary”

Strategies here are for learning and self-reflection. Every student’s schedule, neurotype, finances, and responsibilities differ. Your results will vary. Please adapt ideas to fit your life, or skip what doesn’t serve you.

 

5) Personal Experience & Storytelling

The “real moments” I share are true to my experience. They are not meant to represent every student. Any similarities to other people are coincidental unless explicitly stated.

 

6) Academic Integrity

Absolutely no cheating. We support study skills, planning, and communication with professors. We do not share exam answers, sell papers, or help bypass detection tools. Posts or messages asking for academic dishonesty will be removed.

 

) Age & Community Eligibility

Our content and community are intended for adults (18+). If we learn someone is under 18, we will remove access to protect them and maintain compliance with privacy laws.

 

8) Privacy & Data Basics (Plain English)

If you join our email list or community, we collect basic info (e.g., email, display name, posts) to deliver content and operate the space. We don’t sell your personal data.
